Rabbit monoclonal antibody (RabMAb) demonstrates larger sensitivity with out sacrificing specificity than mouse monoclonal antibody (MMAb). MMAb towards E-cadherin stain is closely utilized in distinguishing ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) from lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS).
